Anthony J. Sposaro Law Office
Anthony J. Sposaro has been practicing law since 1977 and is recognized as a leading attorney in the area of farm law. He is intimately familiar with the Right to Farm Act and the protection it provides farmers from government regulation, civil claims and criminal prosecution. When farmers find themselves at odds with municipal agencies, most attorneys unfamiliar with the Right to Farm Act unwittingly allow farmers to submit to the jurisdiction of municipal courts and land use boards. Mr. Sposaro is able to have these disputes transferred to County Agriculture Development Boards, where they belong.
Mr. Sposaro's practice is not limited to farm law. He has significant experience in land use matters and has a long history of representing developers and land use boards as well. Over the last twenty years he has represented the Mount Olive Township Planning Board, Chester Township Zoning Board of Adjustment, Lopatcong Township Planning Board and Zoning Board of Adjustment. He has secured land use approval for the construction of properties for banks, professional offices, shopping centers, churches, residential complexes and subdivisions.
Mr. Sposaro represents buyers and sellers of real estate and handles a variety of transactional work, civil litigation related thereto and consumer fraud claims. He has also represented the interests of those who have suffered personal injuries resulting from automobile collisions, slip and falls, elevator and automatic door malfunctions and commercial fireworks, having recovered millions of dollars on their behalf.
